Background:

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and completed three years of medical school, finishing all didactic training and extensive clinical rotations. Her medical education, combined with a strong foundation in health and sports science, has shaped a deeply practical and patient-centered perspective on wellness and performance.

After stepping away from formal medical training to focus on raising her two children, Megan navigated her own battle with endometriosis—an often dismissed invisible disease. This lived experience, alongside her clinical background, led her to become a powerful advocate for others facing similar challenges. She met her partner, James, through their shared passion for health and sports science, and together their work has highlighted a critical, unmet need in this space.

Megan’s unique perspective as both a trained clinician and patient continues to drive her commitment to supporting James and the many others they have encountered on this journey.
